Invite the Spirit of God to fill your marriage. His presence is vital in sustaining your relationship through all seasons—whether joyful, challenging, or uncertain. The Spirit provides the strength and grace needed to keep your union on course.

4. Let the Word of God Dwell Richly in Your Home

Center your hearts and home on the Word of God. Allow Scripture to shape your thoughts, actions, and interactions as a couple. The Word serves as the foundation for a spiritually thriving marriage.

5. Let the Gospel of God’s Grace Fuel Your Life

Make the Gospel the cornerstone of your marriage. When sin arises, turn to the Gospel for forgiveness and restoration. Remember, just as God has forgiven you, extend grace to one another. The Gospel empowers love, mercy, and renewal in your relationship.

6. Let the People of God Be Your Family

Say together, “Your people shall be our people.” Fellowship with God’s people strengthens your faith and provides support through every stage of marriage. As Psalm 142:7 says, “The righteous shall surround me, and You will deal bountifully with me.”
