Behold, The Grace and Truth of Jesus Christ

In this message Chuck talks about how Jesus Christ had the perfect balance between Grace and Truth. Christ was never unbalanced by being too hard and ungracious, or by being fearful and not saying a hard truth when it was needed to be said. His perfect example of balance should cause us to worship and imitate Him.

A. Full of Grace

B. Full of Truth
1. Jesus, full of truth, did not allow the agendas of men to displace His agenda from God – Mark 1:35-39-
2. Jesus, full of truth, did not allow the offended pride of men to soften His message from God – Matthew 15:10-14-
3. Jesus, full of truth, made no attempt to satisfy the carnal expectations of men re. His Person – Matthew 13:53-58-
4. Jesus, full of truth, did not allow the threats of men to keep Him from His duty to God – Mark 3:1-6-
5. Jesus, full of truth, did not allow attachment to earthly family to override His calling from God – Mark 3:31-35-
6. Jesus, full of truth, did not compromise His God-given message to satisfy a disaffected crowd – John 6:60-67-
7. Jesus, full of truth, did not allow physical fears to keep Him from His mission of redemption – Mark 14:35-36-
