2024 Fellowship Conference

The conference facility is located at Camp Copass in Denton, Texas: www.campcopass.com (Please do not contact the camp directly.)
A few notes:

- Everyone attending part, or all, of the conference is required to register.
- All requests for changes to completed registrations must be submitted by March 13.
- No refunds are possible after March 13.
- For those who choose to stay at an off-site one option is: Hilton Garden Inn – Denton, 3110 Colorado Blvd, Denton TX 76210, Call: 940-891-4700 – Special Rate: Fellowship Conference. King Room: $119, Double Queen Room: $129. Includes hot breakfast for two (2).

Meal Info:
You must be registered for each meal that you plan to eat on-site. Those who do not register for meals in advance are welcome to go to area restaurants. [When you register make sure you have initially signed up for all the meals you will use.]
Airport Info:
The two airports available are either Dallas/Ft. Worth (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL). You are responsible for your ride to and from the airports. We recommend using Lyft, or Uber, or renting a car.
