The Bible warns that there are many false converts who are holding onto a false hope (Matt 7. 13-15) and so here is a list of false religious hopes that can send people to Hell. As you read them "Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith." (2 Cor. 13:5) and make sure you are not trusting in a false hope.
Tim answers a question on "How do I witness to a nominal Christian?" So many of us have friends who profess faith in Christ, yet they are living out Titus 1:16 - profess to know God by denying Him by their works. So how should we go about testify to the Gospel to them?
One of the most misused verses in all of the bible is Matthew 7:1, about judging not, lest you be judged. - So many people will quote it and say it to confront people about their salvation and sin in their life. Is it biblical for Christians to pronounce judgment? Is our cultures present understanding of Matthew 7 truly biblical? Tim Conway answers an Ask Pastor Tim question and responds with the scriptures.
Tim is asked a question on whether or not a person who claims to be now born-again, is able to stay in the Mormon church he was part of or not.
The Church is One. The church is not an organization or a human institution, it is a living body of believers, built on the foundation of Jesus Christ, born again by the power of the Spirit. All else that is called the church is not truly the church. This church is united in Christ across denominational boundaries. Pastors who are neglecting the spiritual health and feeding of the true flock of God to serve the unconverted church members what they want to hear will pay on Judgement Day. "Keep a close watch on yourself and on the teaching. Persist in this, for by so doing you will save both yourself and your hearers." 1 Timothy 4:16

Are you LOOKING TO CHRIST!?

What does it look like when someone is living in habitual sin? How is it different from someone who is a believer simply struggling against sin?
After serving for 12 years as a missionary the Lord shed His grace on Charo and saved her soul in 2004. She was hearing her husband, Paul Washer, preach on examining yourself. She came to realize, you either pass the tests in 1 John or you fail them, there is no middle ground.
Don't be deceived about your salvation. It could have eternal consequences.
In this video response Bob Jennings gives a short testimonial about his daughter being saved when the Spirit of God moved at a HeartCry conference. Bob exhorts a lot on the issue of true repentance, which is an issue many people are struggling with. Bob Jennings is a Pastor at www.hwymchapel.org
What do the scriptures say about Biblical Repentance? Many people are turning repentance into a work instead of turning to Christ and finding salvation. Acts 20:21 says repentance is turning towards God and putting your faith in Jesus Christ.
